David is skilled at translating business objectives into IT strategic plans. Companies that have benefited from David's IT Planning skills include Molson Breweries and Epic Data Inc. David has worked closely with CEO's/CFO's and Line of Business leaders to develop IT plans that include infrastructure investment, system implementation and IT organization structure.

David has extensive project management experience across a wide range of industries and project types. He has worked for large and small corporations, in the hi-tech industry and has international management experience. Projects include Business Analytics, Web Ecommerce and Portal Projects, ERP Implementations, Customer Relationship Management projects and Supply Chain Management software. His diverse clients range from one of the largest Department Stores in Poland, a Sugar Processing Company in Belize, to an Oil Field Products Manufacturer in Alberta.

David has an excellent understanding of Application Development Methodologies. His recent focus has been applying Agile Development Methodologies to Web Development and the .NET Framework, but his background includes database work, ERP application implementation and integration, Unix Systems and Interactive Voice Response applications.
